During the first couple of years your babies brains and body will develop faster than at any other point in their life.
Their development is positively influenced by the building strong relationships with their family and carers.
Learning Ladder’s qualified educators work hard to develop a bond with your child to ensure they feel safe and supported, providing them with solid foundations to continue their physical, social and emotional development.
We understand how difficult the decision to place your baby in childcare can be for some parents, which is why we involve our parents as much as possible. Our childcare educators take time to talk with you about your child’s individual routines and needs to ensure we can make you and your child happy.
We will ensure we continue to communicate with you as your child grows and develops.
Calming sleep environment and routines.
Our separate cot room provides a calming environment to help support children’s individual sleep patterns and we work with parents to create an appropriate schedule that will work for you once they're at home.
Introducing a range of approved foods
Learning Ladder provides meals to our babies that have started on solids and we work with you to ensure your child has the opportunity to explore and enjoy a variety of foods which you have approved.
Supporting your babies development
Our baby rooms have been designed environments with homely elements and textural delights to support the sensory development of your child. In order to accommodate for all stages of physical development from wriggling to crawling and walking, our spaces offer a range of surfaces.
