"FOSTERING LOVE FOR CARE THROUGH MONTESSORI LEARNINGS"

Community Partnerships

Supporting our local community and fostering strong connections in it, is a very important principle and initiative for Learning Ladder Boutique Early Learning. As a family owned and operated business, we feel it is important for our community to be part of our “family”.

We are active contributors to the local community and work to develop a connection to a variety of community groups and activities including;

We also work closely with the local schools in the area to support children’s transition to prep and school readiness. We will arrange visits to the schools the children are attending in terms 3 and 4. Our kinder teachers will be in touch with the schools your child will attend and communicate with the kinder transition co-ordinator to ensure your child is supported throughout there transition and the school is equipped with the relevant information to support your child to settle in thier new environment.

Community Partnerships

Multi-purpose rooms

Being active in our communities is very important to Learning Ladder, which is why we have included multi-purpose rooms into our childcare facilities. These multi-purpose rooms are available for hire to a range of community activities including; Mothers groups/Play groups, First Aid courses for the local community, Baby massage and fitness & yoga classes.

If you are interested in booking the multi-purpose rooms for community events please contact us to check on availability; there is no cost associated with booking this room, but we do expect our community to treat the room with respect.

Local Initiatives

In our local areas we invest in local charities and initiatives to support various organisations in the local community such as: Food banks -Sponsoring local teams/ paying for healthy snacks and lunches for local teams. Market days (advertising and supporting local businesses

If you are would like to use our facilities or would like to connect and be part of the Learning Ladder “family”, we encourage you to get in touch and hopefully we can work together in supporting our local community.

Looking after our parents

Learning Ladder also like to take care of the whole family, not just your child.

We provide acces to a coffee machine (so that you can pick up your morning coffee when you drop the children off) and we also like to prepare little snacks for busy working parents such as muffins or slices (as per our menu) in the morning, so that you can pick up breakfast on the run.

All services also have fruit bowls in the rooms and also located around the service so at any time you or your child can enjoy a healthy snack.
