That is why Learning Ladder unique philosophy recognizes the benefits of providing a holistic learning experience for the children in a caring, enriching environment supported by skilled, knowledgeable and passionate Educators who value families and the community. We believe children are more inclined to be inspired and creative when their parents or guardians are involved in their play and education.

Therefore, we aspire to be each child’s extended family, and support them to learn in an exciting and educational manner, as learning through play is a critical aspect in supporting healthy growth and development of young children. I have an open-door policy, and welcome your feedback and communication.

Priya (Management)

Priya (Management)

Hi my name is Priya and I started my career as an early childhood educator in 2014. I have an advanced diploma in early childhood education and currently pursuing my bachelors in the same. Throughout my time in early childhood education, I have held many roles including assistant educator, lead educator, educational leader and now assistant centre manager at Learning Ladder. In recent times I have truly found my passion in leading teams to deliver quality care and education to the children in our care and helping educators find their passions within their roles.

I went through a stage where I was still discovering my passion But soon realised and absolutely fell in love with the role and made the easy decision to make this my career. Seeing the children I was working with learning, growing and developing throughout the years was incredible to see. I also enjoyed the relationships that I built with the families- I involved them as much as possible in what was happening at the centre.

The biggest thing I have learnt is that no child is the same, and what might work well with one child might not be the best for another. Therefore, as an educator we need to change our teaching styles and way of thinking to achieve the best possible outcome for the children in our care.

I Am passionate about helping children on their learning and life journey. My soul focus has always been to ensure that each child is supported to achieve their full potential in their crucial first five years of life. They are our future leaders and their experiences in their early age will help in shaping their future. Creating that best and stimulating environment where each child is nurtured has always been my goal.
