"Experts In Nurturing Young Learners With Love & Care"

Animal Print Painting

It is not about smart children, it is about happy children who have the confidence and courage to learn and pursue things dear to their heart. Alexandra Fidel’s @ riglife journal.
Here at Learning Ladder we help the children extend their knowledge and development by extend on the children’s interest a
nd parent input.
In the honeybees room we did this by observing the children showing interest in animals and a few of our families have been going to the zoo. So we took this information and developed a art experience where children engaged in animal print painting.
In addition to the animal tracks, this activity also provided an opportunity to explore paint as a medium. Paint consistency affected their prints and the pressure they applied to the paper affected whether their prints were more defined or faint. Multiple hands-on learning experiences were a part of the fun!
