At Learning Ladder, we recently celebrated Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day, a special day that recognises and celebrates the culture, history, identity and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. Our children took part in meaningful experiences that encouraged them to learn, explore and develop an appreciation for the rich and diverse cultures of Australia’s First Peoples.

Through stories, creative experiences, music and conversations, the children were given opportunities to build their understanding of connection, community and culture. It was a wonderful day of learning, sharing and celebrating together, helping our children develop respect and appreciation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
