This week at Learning Ladder , our children explored creativity and culture through a beautiful Aboriginal-inspired art experience. Using natural leaves as their canvas, the children experimented with dot painting techniques, carefully adding colourful patterns and designs. The activity encouraged fine motor skills, patience, and imagination as the children observed how small dots could come together to create meaningful and vibrant artwork.

Through this experience, the children also had the opportunity to learn about the importance of nature and storytelling in Aboriginal art. By working with natural materials and creating their own dot patterns, they developed a deeper appreciation for cultural expression and the beauty found in the world around them. We are so proud of their thoughtful creations and the enthusiasm they showed throughout the activity.
